We want everyone to be able to use BidStar, including people who use screen readers, magnification, voice control or a keyboard only.

Our goal. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, on bidstar.us and in the BidStar app. We check each page at phone widths down to 320 pixels, in light and dark mode, and check color contrast, in Chrome. Keyboard-only and screen-reader checks come next.

What we know isn't perfect yet. The owners' notices, PDFs and websites we link to aren't ours, and some aren't accessible. We'll help you reach the owner. The opening animation on bidstar.us has a pause button.

Tell us about a problem. If anything in BidStar is hard to use, email help@techstarsuniversity.com or call 715-290-0606. Tell us the page and what happened. We'll answer within two business days, and if we can't fix it right away, we'll get you the information another way.
